Embodied Movement and Slow Flow Yoga

“In this class, we’ll work to find safety, regulation, and connection from within through embodied movement. The body’s first and primary language is sensation, movement, and touch in utero. From learning how to connect to the language of our body and follow its natural impulses, we begin to find true healing and embodied transformation. Together we'll move through some somatic based practices to explore your own sensory experience. When we develop a deeper connection with our bodies, we develop a deeper sense of awareness with ourselves and the world around us; we also invite in more space for our energy to flow.

We'll then take this deep found connection to the body into a Gentle Slow Flow Yoga practice where we will continue to explore the body's sensations, and give space for your body to fully restore and relax. Expect to leave feeling held, nourished, and connected to your heart. This class is suitable for anyone of all ages and levels–even great for anyone dealing with chronic pain.”
