About Rachael Emerlye: A bachelor of science in environmental studies (UVM), certified to teach permaculture landscape design, Emerlye is foremost a 20 + year veteran in the seed to sale business of cannabis and hemp.

What's particularly impressive about the UCSB Psychedelic Club is that they approach the use of entheogenic plants and fungi with a focus on safety, harm reduction, and intentional use. While some people may use these substances recreationally, the club's members recognize that they can be powerful tools for personal growth and healing when used responsibly.

As a passionate advocate for the medicinal potential of psychedelic substances, I am no stranger to the struggles and setbacks of the industry. With the rapid growth of the cannabis industry, it can be easy to fall into the trap of chasing quick profits and sacrificing long-term success. However, I believe that the psychedelic industry has the potential to avoid these pitfalls and become a shining example of responsible and sustainable growth.
